Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an entry-level position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Care representative specializing in Fitness & Sports Equipment.

This role is open for remote work within Greece and is perfect for those passionate about sports and fitness while also delivering exceptional customer service.

In this position, you will serve our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding our fitness and sports equipment products. Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer questions, providing product details, and ensuring an outstanding overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding sports and fitness equipment and related services

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Stay informed about fitness trends and the latest products in the market

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric attitude with a genuine interest in fitness and sports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service applications is advantageous
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for remote work within Greece
