About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a critical role in elevating user experience for our client’s digital applications. You will leverage your design expertise to craft intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine digital products.

Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces that align with client objectives and brand identity

Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to implement designs effectively

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences

Continuously refine designs based on feedback and user testing

Maintain design consistency across all projects by adhering to brand standards and guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms

A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects

Solid knowledge of responsive and adaptive design best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment within EST, CST, or PST time zones
