We Are: The Data Lodge (a Data Society Group company) specializes in supporting and developing data literacy professionals and programs. They help companies craft data literacy strategies through train-the-trainer Bootcamps, self-paced Base Camp modules, coaching, and advisory services. The Data Lodge provides ongoing support through a private peer community and resource library for data literacy professionals. Their mission focuses on "cracking the data culture code" and certifying Data Literacy Program Leads across commercial, nonprofit, and public sectors, based on the belief that data literacy is both a work skill and a life skill.
The Role: We at The Data Lodge (a Data Society Group company) are looking for a Client & Community Operations Specialist. Lend your expertise to our goals for client operations, data management, process improvements, and administrative support. This is a part time, hourly position, flexible to be remote anywhere within the Philippines. Salary will be between ₱ 290 - ₱ 400 per hour, Monday to Friday 10AM - 4PM EST for up to 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Client & Community Operations
Ensure databases of client and content information (both internal and external facing) are kept up to date and organized in a way that we can easily find information.
Store, retrieve, and organize Zoom recordings, documents, and content after Community video call session.
Partner with the team to track member/client information and alert team members to renewal dates, invoices, or other actions to be taken on client accounts.
Ensure all processes you’re involved in are documented and kept up to date.
Tools you’ll work with: Kajabi, Airtable, Google Drive, Hubspot.
Content Management & Operations
Take ownership over the organization of our content libraries, ensuring content is up to date and easily accessible by categorizing and tagging existing documents and resources.
Support the team in converting content into social posts, posting across social channels once approved.
Support the team as they update their content-focused website, adding relevant content as needed.
Data & Reporting
Manually retrieve data from various sources including Kajabi and other platforms to help the team monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns.
Project Support
Assist in the execution of one-off projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting operations and/or content management.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with automation tools (website, CRM, marketing, task management).
Positive attitude and eager to learn and grow.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrates solid technical knowledge and quality performance.
Works efficiently in website applications (Kajabi, HubSpot, Airtable experience appreciated but not required).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in English is required.
