Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented 🎯 Systems Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will assist with managing user access, triaging requests, and ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures. You will play a key role in ticket management, access audits, and operational support, ensuring smooth system operations. Open to candidates from Mexico and LATAM working remotely. 🚀

Requirements

  • Experience in user access management, system operations, or IT support.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk or similar ticketing systems. 🎫
  • Strong understanding of access control policies, compliance, and security best practices. 🔐
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 🔍
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. 🤝
  • Advanced English skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with system migrations or process documentation.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting.
  • Experience working in IT operations or system administration.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools.

Main Activities

  • Access Control: Review, process, and respond to user access requests while ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Ticket Management: Triage and manage access-related inquiries in Zendesk, ensuring efficient and accurate responses.
  • Compliance Support: Assist with user access audits and support compliance processes by providing necessary documentation.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with the System Optimization Manager to optimize workflows, track key initiatives, and support system migrations.
  • Process Improvement: Document and improve access management procedures as new tools and technologies are introduced.

Education

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
