About the Role

As a Recruitment Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving new business by actively engaging with clients and sourcing top-tier candidates to meet their needs. This remote position combines the best of sales and recruitment, requiring you to build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and placing the right talent. What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of motivation and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
