Role Name: B2B Sales Agent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Lake Villa, IL time with an hour unpaid break

Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Agent to nurture and expand our client’s valuable business relationships. In this role, you’ll be the vital connection between the company and its network of distributors and wholesalers, ensuring consistent reorders and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to close deals independently while working remotely in a flexible environment that rewards performance. This position offers the perfect blend of relationship management and sales closing, with the potential to transition from part-time to full-time as you demonstrate success. With commission opportunities on top of your base compensation, your earning potential grows with every deal you close!

Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact existing clients to maintain relationships and secure regular reorders
  • Execute follow-up calls with shops, distributors, and wholesalers to drive consistent revenue
  • Independently close B2B sales deals through persuasive communication and relationship building
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
  • Collaborate remotely with the broader team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through systematic outreach and relationship nurturing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with demonstrated closing abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural talent for building rapport over the phone
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Availability to work the required hours within the client’s preferred schedule
  • Previous experience in wholesale, distribution, or related industries is a plus
