Today we are in search of a Social Media Manager who is ready to put their experience to work in a dynamic/fast moving environment. The role is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in Mexico.   

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. If you have 2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and a passion for crafting engaging content, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
 

As Team Venti’s Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and Reddit to drive qualified leads, build engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create long-form blog content optimized for SEO to support lead generation and thought leadership.
  • Manage social media posting and community engagement across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on engagement and conversion data.
  • Monitor industry trends and conversations, ensuring our brand remains relevant and informed in B2B discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including brand managers, product development, engineering, and sales—to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance our content strategy.
Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST)

Being able to work in a quiet space with access to a computer and headset in good working conditions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Proven copywriting skills that align with brand voice and messaging.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Reddit marketing (organic and paid).
  • Ability to analyze audience engagement and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in content management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and working in a fast-paced, complex organization (agency or in-house).
  • Collaborative and self-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, and Google Analytics GA4.

 Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress and SEMrush.
  • Project management skills.
  • Marketing experience in the U.S. market.
  • Experience with emerging social media trends and platforms.
  • Background in Microsoft technology or IT services marketing.
