GENERAL PURPOSE

The Payroll Associate will be in Bangalore, India and perform a wide variety of payroll processing activities for India, Australia, Singapore, Dubai other global location as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and management including consolidation of payroll input, validation, and further share with payroll vendor
  • Validation of output (paysheet and tax sheet) and timely disbursement of payment
  • Full and Final settlement
  • Validation and timely payment of Statutory liabilities such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax
  • Vendor management
  • PO creation on Syteline
  • Query handling related to payroll, ESIC, PF, Income Tax, Investment proof, NPS etc.
  • Act as a main point of contact for payroll related matters
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience Preferred

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in handling payroll related activities

Proven experience in payroll execution in multi-national environment

A strong ability to perform calculation in a dead-line driven environment

Any Graduate

Skills and Abilities

Expert India payroll knowledge.

Knowledge of income tax

Advanced knowledge in Excel
