Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat related to online shopping.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
