Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to DIY tools, products, and home improvement projects
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
  • Share product knowledge and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and product offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide informed recommendations

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and computer applications
  • A genuine interest in home improvement and DIY projects
  • Willingness to adapt to a new culture and work environment
