Exciting Opportunity: Paid Media Account Manager at Zap
Zap is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Paid Media Account Manager to lead and enhance our clients’ paid media strategies. In this collaborative role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their campaigns are successful and aligned with their marketing goals. You will develop creative strategies, manage campaign execution, and analyse performance metrics to drive ROI.
This is a permanent full-time role. As training is required we would prefer that you are based in Scotland, but definitely UK. Salary is 'dependent on experience' - don't let that put you off! Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies for multiple clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI across all campaigns.
- Stay updated on new tools and platforms within the paid media landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid media management, specifically in an agency or client-facing role (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus.

- Salary range is between £30.000-£35.000, negotiable and dependent on experience
- Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion which has been paid the past 5 years in a row
- Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
- We operate on a flexible hours system. That means that while your usual hours will be during normal business hours, you have plenty of flexibility within that. Want to take a long lunch break? No worries. Do your best work at 6 am? Go for it.
