2.5+ years of demonstrated experience in lead generation, with a preference for real estate industry exposure. Strong networking abilities and proven relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools. Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt strategies based on data insights and evolving market trends

Core responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through online platforms and networking events. Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract new prospects. Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture and build relationships. Collaborate closely with the sales team to effectively convert leads into clients. Track, measure, and analyze lead generation performance metrics. Adjust and refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback. Organize and participate in networking events and other outreach activities to expand lead pools.
