The Implementation & Success organization ensures Archive’s customers are successfully onboarded and getting maximum value from our platform; guiding clients from implementation kick-off, through launch, and into maintenance and support. Solutions Architects lead customer discovery, platform implementation and systems integrations for our largest, most strategic customers and are adept at building deep customer relationships through technical expertise and creative problem solving.
Role Definition & ResponsibilitiesLead customer discoveries and develop implementation strategies based on requirements gathered and work with Product & Engineering to set plans and timelines against customer outcomesUse your technical creativity to overcome ambiguity and design highly customized solutions for customers leveraging all aspects of our circular technology platformCollaborate with stakeholders across the customer organization; including technology, marketing, ops, finance and others to help them realize their vision for branded resaleEnsure we deliver high quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks and collaborating cross-functionally to find resolutionsStreamline future implementations with process improvements and platform development initiativesSkills & Experience5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, leading technical projects and/or managing accounts in an enterprise environmentProven ability to work directly with external customers, lead client discussions, problem solve in real time and influence stakeholder decisionsStrong technical skills, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and to break down and explain complex technical concepts to less technical audiencesExperience synthesizing business, ops and technical requirements and communicating them clearly to internal product and engineering teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and comfort with lots of ambiguity where no two days are the sameExperience at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company with complex, technical implementations a plusExperience working on or along-side commercial teams to drive customer success and growth outcomes a plusThis is a remote role and we are hiring across the continental US, but Archive has offices in both New York and the SF Bay Area and offers hybrid remote-office work for those based in either of those locations.
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible for equity as well, and all employees are eligible for a full benefits package including employee and dependent healthcare and 401(k) enrollment. Our team of over 50 employees is currently remote-first, with an office in NYC and optional in-person work for those located in the area. We have company offsites twice a year to bring the full team together in person, and occasional travel is expected as part of the job.
