• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
• Generate financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in tax preparation by organizing financial data and liaising with accountants.
• Handle email correspondence, calendar management, and appointment scheduling.
• Perform data entry and update records accurately.
• Support general office operations and liaise with clients or vendors as needed.
