Job Title: Integration Developer (MuleSoft Junior Developer) 

Location: Virtual

We are looking for a motivated and skilled MuleSoft Junior Developer to join our integration team. As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of MuleSoft-based integration solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow your career by working with a talented team of developers while gaining hands-on experience with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform and integration technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Support: Assist in the development of MuleSoft integration solutions by implementing APIs, connectors, and services using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and the Anypoint Platform.
  • API Integration: Help design and integrate APIs and services that meet business needs, using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration patterns.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure MuleSoft components based on project requirements, including data transformations, API management, and exception handling.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving issues during development and testing phases. Support the debugging of integration flows and API services.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback, and contribute to the design and implementation of integration solutions.
  • Testing and Documentation: Assist in unit testing, debugging, and writing clear technical documentation for the integration solutions.
  • Learning and Development: Continuously improve your technical knowledge and skills in MuleSoft and integration technologies. Participate in team training and learning opportunities.
  • Version Control and Deployment: Work with Git and other version control systems to manage codebase changes and assist in the deployment of MuleSoft solutions to different environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in software development or integration (preferably with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms).
    • Basic understanding of APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and integration patterns.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform.
    • Basic knowledge of Java, as MuleSoft relies on Java for custom components.
    • Understanding of XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
    • Experience with version control tools like Git.
    • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (desirable).

  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
    • Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
    • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools.
