Job Description:

Arrow is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer with a focus on CrowdStrike’s solutions to join our team. In this role, you will enable and empower our partners to successfully demo, position, and sell CrowdStrike technology. You will be responsible for running partner enablement programs, driving technical discussions, and bolstering sales pipelines by delivering strategic programs that support both sales and services. This position requires a deep understanding of CrowdStrike’s solutions, the partner ecosystem, and cybersecurity best practices.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a technical expert and evangelist for CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity solutions, including the Falcon platform, providing in-depth training, resources, and support to channel partners.

  • Lead and execute partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the knowledge and tools they need to effectively demo, position, and sell CrowdStrike technologies.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, focusing on building and expanding the partner pipeline for both sales and services.

  • Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and webinars to educate partners on the value and capabilities of CrowdStrike’s solutions.

  • Design and execute programs that support sales acceleration, focusing on driving pipeline creation, partner engagement, and lead generation in the cybersecurity space.

  • Work with the marketing team to create technical content, including case studies, white papers, and training resources, to support partner efforts and enhance CrowdStrike’s visibility.

  • Act as a liaison between Arrow, CrowdStrike, and partners to ensure alignment on goals, programs, and strategies for market success.

  • Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and CrowdStrike product updates to provide partners with the most relevant and current information.

  • Track and report on program success, ensuring that activities and initiatives are meeting partner engagement and sales pipeline objectives.

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partner technical teams, helping them navigate opportunities and effectively position CrowdStrike solutions to their customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform or similar endpoint protection and threat intelligence solutions.

  • Experience working with channel partners and enabling them to demo, position, and sell security technologies.

  • Proven ability to design and execute partner programs that drive pipeline growth, sales enablement, and service expansion.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including knowledge of current threats, best practices, and solutions like SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align partner strategies with sales goals, ensuring a focus on driving revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH, COMPTIA Security+, etc.) are highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), operating systems (Windows, Linux, OSX), and scripting languages is a plus.

  • Experience in running webinars, technical workshops, and creating partner-facing content is a plus.
