Job Description

Encourage integration of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products into designs to enhance sales. Influence structural engineers, owners, developers, general contractors, turn-key framers, and architects to understand their needs and incorporate Company components into construction materials. Collaborate with internal teams to execute design engagement programs that support customer satisfaction and promote off-site components.

This role will be responsible for the Northeast territory of the United States, this position can be based in any metropolitan area in the Northeast region near a major airport.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

What You Will Do:

  • Enhance the integration of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products into designs by leveraging technical expertise to inspire and guide design experts in the residential building industry

  • Educate and excite key stakeholders about new and existing Company innovations

  • Grow the use of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products by understanding technical and non technical building challenges from structural engineers, builders, developers, general contractors, large framers, and architects. Provide input on solutions promoting company products

  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal departments to support development of product solutions that improve customer experience

  • Manage accounts and support complex customer needs. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

  • Independently identify opportunities and develop and execute on strategies to grow sales

  • Maintain a market development database that includes the key accounts and prospects, the key builders, framers, engineers and building officials within the district

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging practices


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field required

  • 4+ years of customer relationship management experience required

  • 2+ years of Home Building and/or Residential Construction Industry experience required

  • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications and the use of CRM applications such as Salesforce required

  • Licensed Professional Engineer with any State Board highly preferred

  • Valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance required.

  • 50% travel required
