We are looking for a Paralegal Secretary to join our Investment Team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Document flow and organization of documents related to banks and partners within the financial-legal department;
- Interaction with the internal audit department, banks, notaries, and translators; responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation;
- Preparation of framework agreements and supporting documents (service agreements, invoices). Submission of requests for contracts and payments from the Investment Department and M&A division in 1C for the benefit of agents/providers and other third parties;
- Completion of KYC forms for various purposes: for banks, providers/agents, regulatory authorities in different jurisdictions, and more;
- Preparing responses and gathering supporting documents in response to inquiries from banks, tax authorities, and other organizations;
- Coordinating the signing of documents by authorized personnel;
- Managing mail sent to and received from Cyprus, maintaining document archives, organization, scanning, and backup.
- On-going servicing of the company secretarial duties;
- Keeping abreast of new corporate legislation and regulatory updates;
- Assisting with any structural changes that may be required, as well as the drafting of resolutions and other compliance/company secretarial documents as needed;
- Liaising with Banks / Registry of Companies/ Cyprus Financial Services Authority and other authorities as may be required.
We expect from you:
- Law-related and/or finance-related qualifications;
- At least 2 years experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the corporate services sector;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management software;
- Strong organizational, planning, and client relationship skills;
- Language level proficiency - Native Russian, and at least beginner Greece;
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
