The Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Senior Director to join our team and drive growth in the dynamic, fast-paced fashion and luxury e-commerce world. This leader will be critical in securing high-value enterprise partnerships and shaping the future of cross-border ecommerce solutions for our prestigious clients.

You will be part of a team transforming how fashion and luxury brands connect with their global shoppers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise deals, from qualification to close, focusing on 8-figure GMV and 7-figure AOV opportunities.
  • Develop and complete strategic account plans to penetrate key markets and grow market share in fashion (apparel/retail) and luxury ecommerce.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and finance teams, to deliver tailored solutions and seamless experiences for enterprise clients.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company at industry events, fostering brand recognition and cultivating new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, strong preference for candidates with ecommerce SaaS related backgrounds. Logistics' background is a bonus, but not required.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments, bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value contracts, particularly 8-figure GMV or 7-figure AOV deals.
  • Strong references and a reputation as a top performer, teammate, and industry expert.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strategic approach, ability to excel in fast-paced environments, and a focus on achieving goals.
