Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Systems Architect III with a strong technical background and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in evaluating and optimizing infrastructure technologies, particularly VMWare, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Microsoft-based services. They will have a proven track record of system administration, strategic guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive system performance, stability, and cost-efficiency. Responsibilities:
Lead technical assessments and improvements of VMWare, VDI, and related infrastructure technologies to enhance system performance and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership for system implementations, working closely with project managers and leadership to establish best practices and strategic direction.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, DNS, and other core Microsoft services.
Manage digital certificate creation, support, and maintenance for core systems, third-party integrations, and authentication/authorization services.
Offer third-level support for VDI, MFA solutions, networking protocols, PowerShell scripting, and various system monitoring tools.
Lead a small team in operational support tasks, ensuring proper documentation of processes and implementation of best practices.
Ensure systems align with security and compliance requirements, including federal tax information (FTI) access regulations.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Technical Leadership & Analysis (10+ years): Expertise in evaluating VMWare, VDI, and related infrastructure technologies.
System Implementation & Project Leadership (10+ years): Proven ability to lead teams, manage system integrations, and establish technical direction.
Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory Administration (10+ years): Extensive knowledge of core Microsoft services such as Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, and DNS.
Certificate Management (7+ years): Experience supporting PKI certificates and handling third-party authentication and security integrations.
Microsoft Visio (7+ years): Experience in documenting infrastructure.
PowerShell Scripting (Preferred): Experience with automation and system management.
Azure Administration & Office 365 Support (3+ years).

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $68.00. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
