Education Recommendations: Student (8 or 9 Semester) in telecommunication, system, information technology or engineering.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of virtualization technologies, and IP networking.
As part of the team, you will have:
- Provides advanced technical support for network manager software, addressing and resolving complex issues.
- Diagnose and neutralize software problems, applying alternative solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
- Document and track issues and solutions systematically in Nokia Tools for future reference and learning.
- Assist in constructing lab environments to replicate customer issues in live networks for better troubleshooting.
- Research emerging technologies and topics relevant to the team, contributing insights and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as the primary liaison with R&D, escalating critical customer problems and ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure diligent follow-up on escalated issues, maintaining communication until the problem is fully resolved.

Key Skills And Experience
What is Nokia Looking for from me:
- Fluency in English: Essential for effective communication with global customers and team members.
- Linux Basic Knowledge: Required for troubleshooting and managing network systems.
- Virtualization Technologies Knowledge: Understanding of virtual machines and/or containers is crucial for handling network manager software issues.
- Basic Knowledge of Bash, Python, SQL, Java: These programming skills are necessary for diagnosing and neutralizing problems, as well as documenting solutions.
- Basic Knowledge of IP Networking: Important for understanding and resolving network-related issues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and neutralize issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Critical for accurately documenting issues and solutions in Nokia Tools.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Advanced Networking Skills: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and configurations.
- Customer Service Skills: Enhanced communication and support techniques for customer assistance.
- Research Skills: Capability to investigate new topics and technologies relevant to the team.
