This role will be responsible for designing strategic compensation structures, ensuring compliance with business objectives, and optimizing incentive programs to drive sales performance and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in incentive compensation frameworks, analytics, and administration, with a strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
