We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in Agile methodologies, including hands-on expertise in Scrum practices, and a strong background in training design and delivery. This role will be pivotal in driving Agile transformations, coaching teams, and ensuring effective implementation of Agile frameworks across projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, helping them adopt and sustain an Agile mindset.
Design, develop, and deliver Agile and Scrum training programs for teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Identify and address impediments to team progress, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Measure and report key Agile metrics to track team performance and identify areas for growth.
Advocate for Agile principles across the organization, influencing leadership and cross-functional teams.
Support the creation and scaling of Agile practices at enterprise level.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in Agile environments, with a focus on Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience in designing and delivering Agile and Scrum training programs.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certifications.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
