We are seeking a Technolog Alliance Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with Databricks and/or Snowflake. This role will be instrumental in driving joint go-to-market initiatives, enabling technical integrations and strengthening key partner relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology alliances, business development, and data management. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to Quest Software’s growth and competitive positioning in the AI/data ecosystem. 

 

This is a Remote United States role.  *Ideal candidate would reside on the West Coast. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Strategic Partnerships

  • Define and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with Databricks and/or Snowflake, including co-marketing campaigns, co-selling motions, and enablement programs.
  • Identify and prioritize joint solution areas, such as AI/data governance, data modeling, data preparation, data catalog, data migration / replication and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and working-level relationships with Databricks and Snowflake teams, including sales leadership and product management.

Drive Technical Integration

  • Collaborate with Quest Software’s product and engineering teams to ensure seamless technical integration with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
  • Work with engineering teams at both companies to develop, launch, and optimize new integrations and joint solution offerings.
  • Provide technical enablement and guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, tracking key performance metrics to measure success.
  • Identify new market expansion opportunities by leveraging Quest Software’s integrations with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted sales plays and enablement strategies.

Track and Measure Success

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for joint initiatives, including revenue impact, customer adoption, and market share growth.
  • Assess market trends, partner capabilities, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Regularly report on partnership progress, technical adoption, and business impact to senior leadership.

Build and Maintain Strong Industry Relationships

  • Engage with technology influencers, industry analysts and key stakeholders to strengthen Quest Software’s market presence.
  • Represent Quest Software at industry events, conferences, and strategic partner meetings.
  • Expand and nurture a strong professional network within the data, analytics, and cloud computing ecosystem.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in technology alliances, business development, or channel management within enterprise software, cloud computing, or data analytics industries.
  • In-depth expertise with data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, along with strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated success in driving technology partnerships, implementing go-to-market strategies, and leading revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives by collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong ability to assess market trends and make data-driven business decisions.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
