Are you a passionate DevOps Engineer and ready to make an impact? At Luscii, you will be a part of a new team - working together with colleagues in both The Netherlands and the USA. Our mission is to create space for care by revolutionizing healthcare worldwide. As we see the importance of a perfect balance between meaningful work and your personal life, we've introduced a remote-first environment to work in at Luscii. Are you ready to join us and help shape the future of digital health? This might be the role for you!
As a DevOps Engineer at Luscii, you combine technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset to collaborate closely with several teams. You will develop and manage cloud infrastructure, automate processes and ensure secure, compliant systems. Additionally, you enhance the software stack by testing and implementing new technologies. But that’s not all, thanks to our holacracy-driven culture. You’ll have the opportunity to explore other roles, take initiative, and contribute to Luscii’s success in ways that align with your strengths. Holacracy equals fostering initiatives, taking responsibilities, and is interwoven into our culture.
Here are just a few of the things you'll be responsible for, amongst others.
Collaborate with multiple teams to translate requirements into system design and develop solutions that deliver business value.
Develop and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Automate processes to streamline deployments and improve efficiency.
Developing reusable infrastructure-as-code modules for developer teams.
