What you'll do
As a Regional Sales Manager at TRACTIAN, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the given region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs.
Responsibilities
Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Tractian products to confidently provide mentorship for your team.
Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline.
Coach the team to close business and to navigate complex strategic negotiations and organizations.
Actively recruit Account Executives for your team in alignment with Tractian’s hiring criteria.
Onboard and ramp new AEs and accelerate their productive capacity.
Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
Scale, strategically plan, and develop sales territories.
Requirements
+2 years of sales leadership experience.
+4 years of successful quota carrying experience selling within a team on large strategic accounts with a proven track record in revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or proven track record of selling into the Manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of B2B account management and sales strategies.
Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for account analysis and opportunity management.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
