Client Overview
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Oversee office management, including scheduling meetings, onboarding contractors, and handling NDAs.
Maintain organized records and files related to film and development projects.
Track and manage receipts and expenditures for each film project, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
Coordinate travel arrangements for film shoots, including booking accommodations and transportation.
Assist production managers and producers by conducting research for CEO-approved projects.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content and newsletters to enhance online presence.
Manage customer service inquiries and foster audience engagement across various platforms.
Leverage Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, and AI-driven tools for content creation and project management.
Edit short-form videos for social media using AI-powered editing tools.
Stay up to date with and actively manage content on various social media platforms.
Work efficiently with Apple products, as all office systems are Apple-based.
Utilize Kajabi, Mailchimp, and Squarespace for website management, email marketing, and digital course delivery.
Proven experience in online business management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI-powered content creation tools.
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and video editing.
Familiarity with film production or creative industries is a plus.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
