Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Tech Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team in a remote capacity.   • Develop and maintain a streamlined internal ticketing system for technical support requests
  • Create innovative automation solutions that eliminate manual data entry and increase team efficiency
  • Generate comprehensive weekly performance reports with visualized data for easy interpretation
  • Provide responsive technical support to resolve internal system issues
  • Collaborate with admin and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Configure and optimize existing systems to better meet organizational needs
  • Research and recommend new tools or approaches to enhance operational effectiveness
