Responsibilities

Design and implement automated dashboards that track clinician billing and KPIs in real-time
Develop and maintain a streamlined internal ticketing system for technical support requests
Create innovative automation solutions that eliminate manual data entry and increase team efficiency
Generate comprehensive weekly performance reports with visualized data for easy interpretation
Provide responsive technical support to resolve internal system issues
Collaborate with admin and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Configure and optimize existing systems to better meet organizational needs
Research and recommend new tools or approaches to enhance operational effectiveness
