Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Media Buyer to help scale e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands across various digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, a deep understanding of paid media platforms, and a strong analytical mindset to optimize campaigns effectively. Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Display Networks, and OTT platforms.
  • Develop strategies for budget allocation, channel mix, and scaling campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement new testing ideas every two weeks to improve performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly, including tracking pixels, billing, and compliance with platform policies.


Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Conduct daily account checks to identify potential issues such as ad rejections, pixel errors, and budget inconsistencies.
  • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative advertising strategies.


Reporting & Analysis:
  • Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Analyze attribution models to determine the impact of each channel on overall marketing performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the team to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Client & Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment between ad creatives and campaign objectives.
  • Collect and implement ad copy, ensuring messaging is relevant, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Ensure the highest quality of deliverables for clients by following established processes and best practices.
  • Engage with marketing communities, agencies, and newsletters to stay informed about new strategies and industry shifts.


Creative Strategy & Execution:
  • Manage the creative pipeline, ensuring new ad creatives are developed and launched following QA processes.
  • Provide feedback to the creative team to ensure assets meet performance and brand guidelines.



Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or digital advertising, preferably in the e-commerce DTC space.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across multiple paid media platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, OTT, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of advertising policies, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Ability to adapt to industry trends and contribute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with reporting tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party tracking tools.
