About the Position:

Customers are the lifeblood of our company and Qumulo is looking for a strategic, customer focused and results-driven Implementation Program Manager.  The IPM is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Directly manages multiple ongoing implementations simultaneously, ensuring that all milestones, deliverables, and launch timelines are met.
  • Ensures the scope of implementation is fulfilled on time and within accuracy standards
  • Communicate and consistently follow up with the customer frequently to obtain all necessary information and documents.
  • Interacts with internal Qumulo teams and external partners to obtain data
  • Works closely with other teams at Qumulo to ensure the implementation is completed promptly
  • Strives to eliminate obstacles in a customer’s path to success by thinking critically and creatively
  • Monitors task progress and ensures deliverables meet stated deadlines
  • Maintains comprehensive documentation of project progress, outcomes, key learnings and provides regular status reports to stakeholders
  • Analyzes complex workflows and procedures to implement creative solutions to solve blockers
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize implementation processes, tools, and workflows, as well as identifies blockers and risks
  • Facilitates implementation meetings using encouraging productive dialogue and promotes a positive team-oriented environment to achieve established outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience managing multiple concurrent deployments with cross-functional teams. PMP or equivalent is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including judgment for when and how to communicate risks and issues. Ability to facilitate meetings with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to identify requirements, allocate resources, and develop practices and procedures for improvement
  • Strong initiative to complete work both independently and as an influential part of a project team to resolve issues and enable solutions. Desire to find creative solutions when problem-solving.
  • Persuasive, encouraging and motivating demeanor, capable of building rapport and eliciting cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, customers, and other departments
  • Flexibility and appreciation for the fast-moving pace of a start-up environment. Ability to learn intense technical and data storage knowledge.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace (GMail Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in the hardware space
Key Benefits

The annual pay range for the role is USD $72,000 - $108,000. 

Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
