About the role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Sales to lead our sales transformation. This role is crucial in driving our mission forward by focusing on enterprise sales, spearheading a team targeting mid-sized businesses, and establishing a comprehensive sales framework that integrates data, processes, sales playbooks, technology, and reporting.


Key responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Craft and execute strategies to expand our enterprise customer base, emphasising a subscription-based model.

  • Team Management: Assemble and steer a high-performing team of business developers, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.

  • Sales Framework Development: Create a cohesive structure for sales activities, embedding our value for customers in every playbook and process.

  • Data and Technology Utilization: Harness analytics and tech solutions to optimize the sales pipeline and boost performance.

  • Process Optimization: Innovate our approach to account management and lead generation, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver comprehensive reports and forecasts, offering strategic insights to shape future initiatives.

  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, geographies, competitors and customer needs, adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
