About You:

We are looking for an Agile Coach who is engaged, personable, highly adaptable, and open-minded. You possess strong interpersonal skills, are a doer at heart, and have a knack for connecting the dots across teams and projects.

You thrive in a remote work environment within the US time zone and are available for full-time work, based either in Indiana or Michigan, and can travel to our customer site from time to time.

Top 5 Objectives:

1. Work with and transform several teams to adopt a new way of working.

2. Teach the implementation of OKRs and ensure value-based deliverables.

3. Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and escalate issues as necessary.

4. Engage with teams to bridge coaching with technical capabilities.

5. Foster independent collaboration within teams post-coaching.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coach team members on Agile best practices and processes such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Work closely with Product Owners to shift mindsets and enhance performance.

• Assist teams in setting and achieving OKRs.

• Provide ongoing support through the digital transformation journey.

• Ensure the successful implementation of agreed practices and metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, S@S).

• Hands-on experience with OKRs and the Agile coaching process.

• Experience with Atlassian tools is a big plus.

• Technical knowledge is an asset in guiding teams.

• Previous industry experience in IT or manufacturing is preferred.

• Excellent communication and adaptability skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Automotive experience is preferred but not essential.
