5+ years of previous experience in an Administrative Support role or similar. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically GoHighLevel. Interest in AI and automation, with a willingness to learn and implement new technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Familiarity with the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus but not required. Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify is a plus.
Core responsibilities:
Manage and organize email communications using Go High Level CRM. Assist with automating sales tools and processes to improve efficiency. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Coordinate with team members and contractors to ensure smooth operations. Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and calls, maintaining a professional and friendly tone. Support marketing activities, including managing YouTube content and customer outreach. Assist in the development and implementation of AI-driven tools for business operations. Delegating tasks to others. Managing WordPress and Shopify sites.
