Recruiter (Global Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and talent pools.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
