Mission: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Executive to drive revenue growth by delivering Viseven's unique value proposition to both new and existing clients within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
Responsibilities:Identify and engage with key stakeholders in US-based pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to generate new business opportunities aligned with Viseven’s portfolio.Develop and maintain a robust CRM pipeline, managing both inbound and outbound leads effectively.Establish and nurture trust-based, compliant partnerships with clients, acting as their primary consultant for business-related matters.Collaborate with the Sales Development team to identify and advance new business opportunities, with a primary focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize profits.Facilitate the signing of Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW), and coordinate project team allocation upon receipt of Purchase Orders (POs).Provide timely and accurate market insights to the Head of Regional Growth/Head of Primary Sales to inform strategic decisions.Required Skills and Experience:At least 3+ years in sales within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a proven track record of growing existing accounts and securing new business.Proficiency in business development, account management, and product sales, with a primary focus on acquiring new clients (hunting) while also growing existing accounts (farming).Familiarity with pharmaceutical client ecosystems, including CRM/CLM systems (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA) and marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC, Marketo).Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, capable of building long-term relationships and effectively communicating Viseven's value proposition.Strong planning and leadership capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.Ability to work closely with internal teams, including marketing and client success managers, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.Willingness to travel for client and prospect meetings, industry events, and business development activities (approximately 15% of working time).Preferred Qualifications:MarTech Expertise: Experience with pharmaceutical/life sciences technology solutions, including digital marketing platforms and content management systems.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.What we provide:
