The Role

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.

  • Manage daily ad budgets ranging from $7K to $35K, with a focus on driving results and maximizing ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.

  • Monitor campaigns, analyze performance, and provide clear, actionable insights.

  • Share weekly reports and recommendations in Slack for team review.

  • Work closely with our creative team to produce compelling ad content.

  • Align paid social strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.

  • Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and social media trends.

  • Create client-facing decks and performance reports as needed.

  • Manage relationships with platform reps and external vendors.

 

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with expertise in Facebook and TikTok. (Experience with Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat is a plus!)
  • 1+ year of organic social media management.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and speak to strategy.
  • Comfortable using Looker Studio or other analytics tools.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, and data manipulation).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads preferred.
  • Available to work EST hours.

The Compensation

  • ₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
