Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Perth time (with a 1-hour unpaid break)


Key Responsibilities:

 Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, carousels, reels, and stories) across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages to foster engagement
  • Share relevant content in Facebook groups and casually engage with potential clients

 Client Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Comfortable and confident in engaging with clients over the phone to ask about their experience with our services
  • Generate new leads, particularly through LinkedIn using Apollo and other methods
  • Assist in nurturing and following up with leads

 Email Marketing, CRM & Automation

  • Manage email campaigns using Kajabi (including segmentation and newsletters)
  • Oversee CRM management to maintain and organize customer data
  • Focus on automation to improve marketing workflows

 Website & Digital Content Management

  • Update and maintain website pages using Wix
  • Post blogs and manage digital content on Kajabi

 Reputation & Ad Management

  • Monitor and respond to Google Reviews to maintain brand reputation
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business profile
  • Set up and manage Facebook Ads campaigns

 Collaboration & Reporting

  • Required to go online with an open camera and share screen when working with their team

Requirements
 Experience in social media management and content creation
 Working knowledge of Kajabi, Wix, and Facebook Ads
 Experience in CRM management for email marketing and lead tracking
 Understanding of email marketing automation
 Familiarity with lead generation tools like Apollo (or similar)
 Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
 Confident in online meetings with video and screen sharing
 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
 Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
