Your Opportunity:

As a Medical Sales Manager for the South West Europe, you will be at the forefront of expanding our medical gas control business. You will build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and support strategic initiatives primarily across France, with also involvement in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and meet revenue targets – with medical distributors, medical gas installers, gas companies, home care service providers.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team – with focus on growth and use of available sales tools (CRM, customer prioritization, growth bridges)

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in medical industry – to go beyond compliance and leverage MDR and other regulations into value creation for customers

  • Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and navigate tender processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Stay up to date about market trends, competitor activities and own product range – driving customer education

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in gas control solutions.

  • Fluent in French, Spanish and English languages

  • Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving business objectives

  • Strong relationship management skills with experience working with distributors, installers, gas companies

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards and EU procurement process in the medical device industry

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills

  • Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (master preferred).

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
