Join EPAM Belarus as a Procurement Specialist, providing comprehensive support in ensuring adherence to procurement and grant procedures while actively shaping operational policies and procedures.
This role requires a proactive individual actively participating in various procurement activities, establishing a streamlined process from tenders to acquisitions. Regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work within a global framework are vital to this role.
Responsibilities
Support the Vendor Management Unit to ensure EPAM Vendor Management is compliant with policies and procedures
Help in budget planning and actively participate in the entire tender process
Prepare and validate a range of procurement-related documents and conduct market research and cost analysis
Ensure vendor terms align with state laws and corporate guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams for procurement-related needs and manage procurement documents
Handle the purchase of software licenses, oversee the contract signature phase and upload finalized agreements into the corporate Financial System
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Head of the Procurement team or Team Leader
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field
1-3 years of experience in the field of procurement and contracting management
Proven expertise in purchasing licenses, software and services
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
A good command of MS Office and ERP software
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
English B1+, both verbal and written
Nice to have
Previous work experience with international development organizations
