Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Logistics & Shipping Department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients. You will assist with inquiries related to shipping and logistics operations, ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding logistics and shipping processes.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on shipping options and logistics services available to them.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related logistics roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
  • Familiarity with logistics or shipping software is a plus.
