Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Marketing & E-commerce: Minimum 2.5-5 years in marketing, particularly in the fashion or e-commerce industry, with a strong grasp of Shopify and content management.
  • Strong English Proficiency: Excellent grammar, writing, and editing skills, with experience in producing polished, brand-aligned copy for various marketing channels.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in video editing and reel production for social media, with a portfolio or experience in creating visually appealing, on-brand content. 
  • Administrative & Coordination Abilities: Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 
  • Passion for Travel & Fashion: Genuine interest in travel and fashion, with an understanding of the needs and preferences of a travel-focused audience. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze social media metrics, engagement data, and market trends to make data-informed marketing adjustments.

Core responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Assist in the production of engaging, travel-inspired content, including videos, reels, and social media posts. 
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing across channels. 
  • Social Media Coordination: Support social media efforts by creating, editing, and posting visual and written content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. 
  • Engage with followers, and track engagement to inform future content strategies. 
  • E-commerce Management: Update product listings, monitor site performance, and coordinate promotions on Shopify, ensuring the online store aligns with brand and seasonal campaigns. 
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and tracking project timelines to keep campaigns on track. 
  • Brand Copywriting: Craft and refine copy for marketing emails, product descriptions, and social media, maintaining a tone that resonates with travel-minded, fashion-conscious audiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on travel fashion trends and competitor activity to inform campaign ideas and product positioning, helping the brand stay relevant and innovative.
