Account Coordinator

Envision Horizons is seeking an experienced Walmart Account Coordinator to join our team in 2025! The Account Coordinator works closely with the Account Management Team, provides essential support for their book of business by focusing on daily health checks, resolving Walmart Seller/Support issues, and making routine updates to product listings within Walmart's backend systems. We are looking for a Walmart Seller/ Supplier Support expert who is skilled in managing product listings, optimizing product pages, and troubleshooting complex technical issues that arise within the Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Supplier Center platforms

Location: Candidates must reside in the Philippines. Fully remote.

Salary& Benefits: 

  • $18k-$24k USD Annual Salary
  • Paid Time Off
  • May be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company performance for the year

Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be online 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (U.S.) Monday through Friday. Position may require occasional overtime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update brand catalog on Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Supplier Center
  • Monitor brand health, account status, and listing performance
  • Ensure optimal account health and performance by resolving listing, inventory, and compliance issues
  • Troubleshoot and fix errors related to product listings, inventory, and content optimization
  • Initiate and manage cases with Walmart Seller/ Supplier Support to resolve account-related challenges
  • Assist with product feed uploads and category mapping within Walmart’s backend
  • Track and report key account performance metrics to ensure compliance and growth
Qualifications
  • C1-C2 English proficiency.
  • At least two years of experience working with Walmart Marketplace or Walmart Supplier Center REQUIRED
  • Advanced experience in Walmart catalog management, including bulk uploads and product feed troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of Walmart policies, requirements, and listing guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
