About P3 Information Technologies (Unit Group's Outstaffing Arm):
P3 specializes in providing remote, top-tier technical talent to global clients, primarily from Central and Eastern Europe. As the outstaffing arm of Unit Group (an international IT Services and Investment House), P3 is focused on helping businesses expand their teams effectively with skilled remote IT & R&D professionals. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts and Business Development Manager with a strong background in outstaffing to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past clients from IL, EU and US, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Support clients on every step of the recruitment process from job description discussion to closing the roles, solve any related issue promptly.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and present tailored solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on recruitment best practices. Facilitate successful agreements between clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with SDR/BDRs and Lead Generation Specialists to ensure a seamless handoff and consistent communication with clients.
  • Proactively reach out to previous clients to explore opportunities for renewed collaboration.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team/assigned recruiter to deliver high-quality candidates that match client requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment team performance on daily basis performance, work closely with recruitment team to ensure the best results.
  • Monitor account management performance and implement strategies for account growth, including proactive upsale.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide a monthly report including implemented improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system and prepare regular reports on account activities.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales roles, preferably within the IT or recruitment sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Experience working with Israeli / European/ US clients, understanding their cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with client engagement tools
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency, outsourcing, or outstaffing company.
  • Upper Intermediate+ English level
