What Does This Training Cover?

Our program is designed for individuals who wish to become Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrators. Participants will gain knowledge of the features available to end users and the configuration options within Marketing Cloud. As an Administrator, you'll understand subscriber data management, navigate Setup efficiently, and troubleshoot account configurations and user requests.

What is Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a cloud-based digital marketing platform that automates marketing journeys across email, social media, mobile apps, SMS, websites, and more. A lot of companies are using Salesforce Marketing Cloud worldwide to combine all marketing channels in one place. This is helping marketers to send personalized messages, at the right time, through the right channel.

What will you learn at this training?

A participant at the training will learn basic understanding of:

· Marketing Cloud Server-Side Scripting Languages (AMPscript, GTL, SSJS).

· Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration (Response Management configuration, SAP, Data Extensions, SQL -> views, Automations, etc.)

· Product capabilities related to email marketing, reporting and data management.

· Troubleshooting and resolving basic issues specific to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
