Location: Texas (remote)
Territory: Colorado, Kansas, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales team of direct reports.
  • Manage channel partner relationships in region.
  • Execute year over year growth in region.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of consultative outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly with fleet departments (experience with utility, telecom and/or municipal fleets is a plus).
  • Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
