Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • Part-time (10+ hours weekly), Monday to Friday. 9am to 5 PM. You can call anytime during those time.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists
  • Engage prospects with compelling conversations following established scripts
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales manager to demonstrate products
  • Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes in the company’s spreadsheet system
  • Track appointment status and provide regular updates on campaign progress
  • Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting targets
  • Provide feedback on script effectiveness and lead quality

  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation flow
  • Experience with spreadsheets for tracking information and outcomes
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Available to work 10+ hours weekly, primarily during US Eastern Time business hours
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on both call quantity and quality
