🏢 About Us

Level is a performance-focused digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through data-driven strategies. We specialize in paid media, SEO, website development, lead generation, and creative solutions to drive real business results.

As a company, we believe in a "Test. Learn. Grow." mindset—constantly evolving to stay ahead in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. Our interns are fully immersed in real projects, working alongside experienced mentors who provide guidance, feedback, and career-building opportunities.

Level is an equal opportunity employer, a Military Friendly® partner, and we value diversity. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

📌 About the Internship

The Sales & Marketing Growth Intern program is a mentorship-driven, hands-on learning experience designed to help you kickstart your career in marketing, content strategy, and growth initiatives at a performance focused digital marketing agency. Over the course of this fully remote, part-time internship (20 hours per week) running from June to August, you will:

  • Be paired with an experienced mentor on our Growth Team who will guide your learning and provide real-world insights into growth marketing and sales strategies.
  • Participate in a group orientation during the first week to learn about Level’s systems, processes, and creative approach to digital marketing.
  • Amplify Level Agency’s thought leadership and omnipresence by repurposing and distributing at least 10 key content pieces per month across LinkedIn (paid and organic), email, partner channels, and industry communities.
  • Track engagement and performance metrics to refine content distribution strategies.
  • Assist in developing and executing content marketing campaigns that align with Level’s growth initiatives.
  • Research and identify new industry communities, partner channels, and distribution opportunities to expand reach.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and AI-powered workflows to optimize content repurposing and distribution.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to align messaging with business objectives.
  • Engage in weekly professional development training sessions and regular one-on-one check-ins with your manager to receive feedback, track progress, and refine your skills.
  • Independently own a project focused on a key content initiative, providing a portfolio-worthy deliverable.
  • Complete a final presentation to showcase insights, strategies, and key results from the internship.
  • Have the potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and agency needs.

💥 Your Impact

  • Content Repurposing & Distribution: Transform and distribute 10+ key content pieces per month across multiple digital channels.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Measure engagement metrics and adjust content strategies based on data insights.
  • Industry & Partner Outreach: Research and identify new communities and distribution opportunities to expand brand reach.
