Job description

Senior Financial Analyst

Fractl is partnering with a healthcare organization as they add a Senior Financial Analyst to drive profitability analysis, cost accounting, and financial forecasting.

You'll work closely with leadership, crunching the numbers behind key business decisions, ensuring accurate reimbursement tracking, and optimizing cost structures.

Location: 100% Remote in the USA

Salary: $75k - $85k

Skills: StrataJazz and Cost Accounting

Visa Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Who Are You?

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or cost accounting (healthcare finance a plus)
  • Software expertise: Advanced Excel, Infor (or similar ERP), and StrataJazz.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator who can influence leadership with financial storytelling.

What Will You Do?

  • Analyze financial feasibility, costs, and reimbursement trends to support key business decisions.

  • Evaluate new ventures, acquisitions, and staffing costs to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare high-impact financial reports, including capital budgeting (NPV, IRR, Payback) and quarterly forecasts for leadership.
  • Support compliance reporting (bond filings, rating agencies, regulatory impact analysis).
  • Manage cost allocation processes and ensure data integrity within the general ledger.
