About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to support our clients in migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP modules and technical tools, with a strong ability to provide innovative solutions for enterprise-level implementations.

We are looking for a full team to join this project. This is a fully remote position based in Europe. Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from a legacy ERP system to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions tailored to client needs.
• Configure and optimize SAP modules, including SAP PP, MM, and other relevant areas.
• Develop and integrate custom functionalities using SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and BAPIs.
• Facilitate data migration using LSMW, IDOCs, and other integration tools.
• Provide guidance on SAP security, authorization concepts, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes through SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Support end-users through training, documentation, and ongoing assistance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP implementation and consulting.
• Expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Proficiency in data migration tools such as LSMW and IDOCs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SQL for working with SAP databases.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP LE (Logistics Execution), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling), or SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Strong technical skills in SAP ABAP, Fiori/UI5, BAPIs, and RFCs.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC and authorization concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with technical and business stakeholders.
