Territory Manager/Business Development Representative – Job Description

 

The Territory Manager (Business Development Representative) will initiate, qualify, develop, and close new business for Alikai Health in an expansion territory with a proven value proposition validated by over 500 healthcare providers nationally. The BD is accountable for in-year revenue results. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of top-level performance in winning sales cycles and must be a fit for our entrepreneurial, team-based culture.

Responsibilities

1.       Quota Attainment – “hunter” mentality, will meet/exceed quarterly revenue sales objectives.

2.       Territory Planning – will develop and document strategy to build a 5X pipeline of opportunities within a defined territory.

3.       Demand Generation – will create demand for the Alikai Health suite of products within a defined territory.

4.       Lead and Progress the Sales Cycle – will drive the sale process through to completion.

5.       Weekly Reporting and Funnel Management – will complete all weekly pipeline reporting in accordance with Alikai Health's forecasting cadence.

6.       Voice of the Customer – will act as the Customer champion within Alikai Health to ensure we continue to exceed our commitments and delight our Clients.

Basic Qualifications
